The ladder fits right behind the driver's seat of the truck and while it's very strong, it's made out of plastic so it's not heavy or rigid.
I use a ladder for my dog to make it easier for him to get in and out of my truck. He has arthritis in his front legs, making it particularly difficult for him to jump off. He's waiting for me to get the ladder out of the truck and put it next to the truck door so he can get in or out. The ladder fits right behind the driver's seat of the truck, and while it's very strong, it's plastic so it's not difficult to move. My dog is a large lab, 110 pounds and they work great.
