Unfortunately didn't fit our toilet due to the shape of the lid but we installed it and loved it. To be honest, it was ridiculously stupid not to check the seat before all the work was done, but while it didn't look like it protruded past the rim of the tank, the cap is right where the cartridge is , just a tiny bit arched (saves someone a lot I hope). works, but to be honest I think this is a clear flaw in our cover and it appears it will match our other toilets so we're clinging to that). If you have an old-school throttle valve in your tank, it's crazy not to install it. That being said, the parts felt cheap to me compared to the thick plastic and PVC I had removed, which honestly felt just as good as the day it was installed 30 years ago. We didn't like the double pen and the sample size of two people we had was 100% confusion. With all of that, the flash was better, more reliable, and for some reason I can't explain, much quieter.
