Review on 🐶 Water Resistant Fleece Lined Dog Coat: RC Pet Products Cascade Jacket by Heather Powell

Two years ago my rescue team wore the size 18 RC Cascading Jacket. We liked the fit, comfort, easy on and off, and stability in rain and snow . We have chosen to stay with the RC brand as it has grown. Now she has: neck 15", lower neck 19", girth 25.5", length 21". Measurements are the best way to find the best fit, but for reference, she weighs 40 pounds (little for a 100 percent wand, but a DNA test showed she's 75 percent wand and dachshund). Size 22 suits her. Although a bit roomy in girth, the length of the two velcro straps fits without having to add an extra velcro yourself (had to do this with other brands as neck or girth didn't fit). Due to the increase in length, the jacket protrudes slightly beyond the base of the tail. I prefer this as it is for wet weather and covers her entire back. Also in this size there are 2 velcro straps: at the bottom of the neck and on the strap. This was a change from her previous size 18, which was a Velcro T-fastener that ran between her front legs and vertically across her chest (rather than the girth). She wears a front mount (Blue-9). Neither size nor style was an issue with their harness or their LED collar for night trips (the collar is for display only, so slips loosely around the neck over the jacket). The straps attached to the back only work on this jacket if you make the cut yourself. Overall I am very happy with this brand. I bought 2 size 22 RC jackets from Amazon. There are no problems with the delivery and the condition of the goods.
