This phone has a lot of flaws. I've had Motorola phones in the past and the Motorola brand definitely has some merits, but this one really let me down. Let's start with the battery life. This is a phone with a 5000mAh battery. It seems but they promise this phone will last 2-3 days, it will hardly last a day. The battery starts to discharge as soon as you remove it from the charger. My previous Pixel 3 XL lasted 2 days with the same software installed. There is clearly something wrong with the battery in this phone and I will be returning it. I will not buy another International Motorola model. Complaint number 2. Apparently everyone thinks I speak Spanish. All the pop-up ads are in Spanish, so obviously this phone was made for the Latin American region. An annoying side effect of buying this phone. Complaint number three. This phone's display blurs my eyes after looking at the phone for over 30 minutes. I've been messing around with the display settings and nothing seems to work to make it better. Complaint number four. If you shake your phone to turn on the flashlight, you can't do the same, and turn off the flashlight, you have to go to the program settings and turn it off there. Complaint number five: This phone isn't actually unlocked, the carrier can control how you use Wi-Fi, and doesn't allow Wi-Fi or internet connection sharing. Complaint number six, the phone signal is poor, every other phone I've used would give me great signal in the same places as this one, but this one only gives me part of the signal. Complaint number seven: when you use Bluetooth to answer a call, the screen locks and you can't switch it to the speaker. Complaint number eight, the phone won't allow connection to Android Auto. You need to restart your phone for it to connect to Android auto connect. Complaint number nine, the screen does something odd when you try to select something on a website or Facebook and force the phone back to the top of the screen (the point where you started the website). If you complain a phone number for a period of freezing, if you try to switch between programs, or if you have too many programs open, the phone will freeze and freeze. All of my older phones could keep up, but this model struggles with basic features. Sometimes you get lucky and get a good phone that has no issues, sometimes you get a phone like this and it completely ruins the experience for you. I had high expectations for this phone and was disappointed.
