Summary: I wanted to try these headphones although there are others that have much more credibility and market share but broke 2 pairs in a row and Zolo will not refund my money. Don't waste your money. I bought these headphones and am very happy with them (although they do have one major drawback: the left earbud only works when the right earbud is in use and that only the right earbud can be used to make calls). ). However, the left earbud stopped working after only a few months for no reason (no drops, no water damage, etc.). I contacted Zolo support and they sent me a new pair instead of a refund. The new pair continued to work for fewer months than the first, and then they had the exact same issue with the left earbud stopping working. can not do anything. So in a few months 2 different headphones broke and I was left with no devices and no refund because the first time Zolo sent me a replacement instead of a refund and the second time they refused both. Don't waste your money, listen to the reviews.
