At first glance, it looks great and works too.

This case failed the rigorous test. I'm a wilderness firefighter with a heavy rifle crew and this was attached to my backpack for quick access while working on the line of fire and I had problems with it soon after purchasing it. The case doesn't really seal, which is why my Oregon GPS was covered in ash whenever I accessed it. At first I accepted it as something I just had to put up with, but the case soon failed and remained closed until I dropped it entirely. I'm just really surprised that Garmin is releasing such a flimsy product.
