Like many others, I grabbed a pack of these on the way home to make an mp3 CD for my car (I prefer rewritable CDs for my car because my tastes change every week ) . I made a CD and it hopped in my car, so the weeks of diagnosing my computer and its software began. I was about to give up and buy a new DVD-RW drive when I found a scratched CD in my desk drawer and started thinking about it. Let's see if I can write to it without problems (Sony CD-RW if anyone is interested). Although the sound quality is poor due to scratches, etc., not a single song was skipped. But then again, I now have the prettiest coasters for drinks! Cash for it and of course I have no idea where the receipt is and it's probably too late to get a refund.
