First week of use: I like the light and sound feedback. I had issues and the support team answered me within 24 hours but I had to leave a voicemail - there was no option to wait in line. My problem was that I hadn't connected the wires securely, so the only button that made noise was the lock button. Third week of use and beyond: That thing is bullshit. Support won't return my weekly old voicemail. 1) It doesn't even lock from the inside. How does a lock protect that does not lock from the inside? 2) Every time I try to electronically lock it, it sticks and doesn't actually lock until I swing the handle a few times. I can literally lock it permanently with just a key, making this stupid overpriced lock that doesn't work from the inside.
