Review on Enhanced Performance: Introducing the 1-1/2 inch Tuuber Vent 2x Superior Seal Air Admittance Valve by Stephen Russian

I have been using Redi-Vents for many years. I've found that sometimes they don't work properly when it comes to releasing air when flushing the block. I replaced it with a trial version and it seems to work as well or even better than the new redi-vent. The time will show. It has more holes for air intake after flushing. One thing about the Redi-vent, which you can buy from Home Depot for less than this one, is that it comes with a threaded adapter for the 2-inch pipe that's now the standard plumbing code. If I haven't already, I got this adapter from my Redi-Vent, this unit would be useless until I got it after an 80 mile round trip over two mountain passes. So when you use them in a new build, you see what you see is what you get. I bought this, it's supposed to fit 2" pipes. Well, not without that screw-in adapter. In order for it to charge, that adapter needs to be activated. That's why I'm giving 4 stars.
