The most useful feature is that it provides an overview at once, in order to understand what has been done (or not). It's very effective when you have many tasks or projects with several steps each one - where there may be some missteps along your way-to completion! I would like more intuitive features such as drag&drop instead of copy/paste operations for example; but this isn't something we can complain about right now given its current state compared to other tools out there which offer these capabilities too :) Good tool overall if used properly!
