I have a very "medium" female hand and bought medium which fits perfectly. I use them to seal and varnish river rocks. This is an extensive project with each stone hand painted as we live in a sun like environment. I get caulk on my gloved hands when holding the stones and have had no problems with tearing or sticking. General. They fit well, hugging my hand but not so tight that I can't move, which helps a lot because I don't want my (possibly sweaty) hand to slip off. I think I used 10 gloves to get out of the box and I have to keep pulling out a big chunk to try and get a few out. Stupid to complain about it, just one of those things.)
