Review on BeBomBasics SP20 - USB Powered Multimedia Small Desktop Speaker for Laptops, PC, and TV – Stereo Sound, 3.5mm Black by Matthew Watkins

I wanted a cheap speaker set for the PC. That's what I got, they were cheap. I have Bluetooth speakers for music from my computer, but sometimes I just want to hear something quickly, so I wanted to connect speakers. They must be connected to an audio output AND a USB port or charger (charger not included). They can also be used for phones or tablets, but none of them sound better than these. The ad says they fill the space. Maybe if you live in a cardboard box. Otherwise they don't even fill my desk, I hardly hear them. So this is disappointing. Also disappointing is the static noise they make. The cables need to be disconnected or something because if I move them they disappear for a second. But static means I turn the volume down, which in itself doesn't help the low volume. Maybe I got a bad pair as other reviewers like them. I've noticed that later reviewers like them less, so they may have switched brands. That's pretty much Family Dollar quality when they're $5. Not worth returning but not a great product and not a good deal.
