Review on Enhanced Standard Horizon HX210 Compact 📻 Floating Marine Handheld VHF Radio with 6W Power by Erik Barela

Hardly used in the last year. The battery is no longer being charged. Reviewed the troubleshooting guide (checked the charger cradle with a multimeter and the charge reached the contacts and made sure the radio was properly seated in the charger cradle many times). Management advised the next solution was to replace the battery as it was bad. I have on 23.04. sent a "contact us" form and never got a response. I called 5/7, they emailed a service form (at my expense) along with the radio. They didn't send a new battery, radio, or even a prepaid shipping label. Despite being courteous, the customer service representative and manager did not offer any solutions during the warranty period that did not cost me money.
