This works great as a simple tire wipe and has helped restore rubber door and window seals on my 2003 BMW 530i. I had no idea how dirty they all were! I use this product A LOT; all four tires, all window frames, plastic fascia mirrors, plastic underhood liners, etc. and I couldn't be happier. It's easy to use and it's very, very plentiful, which is much appreciated. It didn't brown the rubber or harden the plastic and I have no reason to expect it to. As for durability; Well, it survives a single wash (at least on the tires), so not much. I wash my car every week or so (I park on the street) and have to reapply halfway between washes. Someone who parks in a garage with monthly replacements (rather than my constant maintenance) will likely be happier with the durability of this product.
