This skirt is exactly as pictured/expected! It is made of long tulle, fluffy and full. Maybe not as fluffy and full as in the picture, but enough! I think in light winds or even walking it will rise and get a nice full bounce. My daughter had to have it to add to her Renaissance outfit collection. It's perfect and will look amazing with her corset! This skirt is so versatile that it can be worn on many occasions and paired with many different pieces to complement any style. We ordered green to match her sunflower and pixie outfits, but plan to get it in black as well, and maybe other colors in the future.
