It is very easy of use with no training required! I have been able to setup my first help desk ticket in minutes after reading their documentation online. The interface looks great as well (although it could be better). Their support team has also answered all our questions quickly when setting up different options within the system and during live chat sessions. There really isn’t anything bad about rich panel so far. We are using them only because we don't need many features provided but they do provide what you would expect from any other platform. So far everything works fine and tickets can easily be created through phone or web browser even if your computer fails/gets locked out etc..
