Best Help Desk Software for Small Businesses - Highly Recommend

It is very easy of use with no training required! I have been able to setup my first help desk ticket in minutes after reading their documentation online. The interface looks great as well (although it could be better). Their support team has also answered all our questions quickly when setting up different options within the system and during live chat sessions. There really isn’t anything bad about rich panel so far. We are using them only because we don't need many features provided but…

  • Also good user friendly design not overly complex at least initially once started navigating between screens..very intuitive navigation...no long tutorials needed like most software platforms require today...it's quick ,easy fast....seems pretty straight forward without too

Great experience using Tickettastic and even better customer service

I like how easy it is to navigate through all of your tickets in one place! You can also create multiple views so you have an overview as well if needed or desired depending upon what stage they are at within their ticket lifecycle (new / current). It would be nice when viewing new/current requests from previous days - just display them next day instead than requiring us log back into our system again later today? Otherwise we've found nothing negative about this tool thus far other then…
