I like how easy it is to navigate through all of your tickets in one place! You can also create multiple views so you have an overview as well if needed or desired depending upon what stage they are at within their ticket lifecycle (new / current).

It would be nice when viewing new/current requests from previous days - just display them next day instead than requiring us log back into our system again later today? Otherwise we've found nothing negative about this tool thus far other then having issues with some old reporting systems not compatible anymore which was resolved quickly once identified; but no dislike towards any specific aspect specifically either!! We're able solve many questions via chat support vs emailing directly since time could potentially matter while trying resolve issue(s) online versus waiting until staff member gets available. This saves both parties extra work especially during peak times where The support team is super great! I don't have too many dislikes about this product aside from how easy it would be to set up custom fields within your account if you are managing multiple clients. We use rich panel on our client's end as well so they can easily connect with us directly through their dashboard which has saved me time in having to call them every single time we need help.
