*Update* (08/06/22) I returned the item. The sit bones width (ischial width) varies slightly from different human sizes, in large bones / hips, the ischial distance will be larger, and petite sizes it will be smaller, here you can’t make a one-size-fits-all so perfectly. The holes of this cushion were spaced out for larger sizes, and I am in the smaller size, and my sit bones were hitting the edge of the holes, causing contact and friction with my current sit bones sore (cycling), and that’s the only reason I returned it. The cushion firmness is great, and the design is well thought ergonomic for correcting seated posture. They must inform in the description what’s the ischial width.
