I'm constantly moving it, trying to hold it in place as the circular motion moves it, or trying to get it in place or increase the pressure. There are moments of pure bliss where I think maybe I don't need my man anymore, but then I have to move him again because the massager has changed direction and isn't working on that particular spot. But I keep going, always looking for a few more moments of bliss. And when my muscles are so tight that I want to cry, it definitely helps. I also used it once on my lower back when I had sciatica. It was really good but there were bruises so I don't know if I can recommend it.
