I have bought so many things from Kidkraft and their customer service is terrible. I bought this set about 1 year ago and the chairs are already broken. I have two young children who just turned 3 and 5 so it must have been a little longer. I called support and they said they couldn't help me. I had to order parts via email. I have sent an E-Mail. They said they couldn't help me and I had to order parts through the website. I tried and the site kept crashing. Finally tried again today and the parts for ONLY ONE chair are $35 plus tax. for ONE chair. This does not include screws and the like that I need to assemble the chair. I encourage you to choose different chairs/tables. *Note: I will have a similar review of her dollhouse because I was trying to order parts for the dollhouse, table and chairs at the same time. I am so angry with their customer service that I will tell everyone I have ever met to NEVER buy their products. They emailed me asking if I was happy with my customer service and I said no, they never answered me.
