I was very confused when I started building it. To be honest I thought it was just a side table and after some research I found out what they were planning to do with it as a side table/laptop stand? So you are effectively setting up two separate end tables, one with two regular shelves and the other with a shelf that is unblocked and designed to flex/tilt so you can place it in front of you to set your laptop down and get to work. we say. your living room. I mean, I admire the creative idea, but using it as a laptop stand is a terrible idea. At the moment I only use it as a side table and am currently balancing my printer on the top shelf.
