Review on GSPY by Alex Barnes

I was eager to try out GSPY because I frequently buy online for kitchen and home decor items. My interactions with this business, however, have been unsatisfactory. Their lack of quality control is evident in their goods. A set of candles and holders that I bought had one of the holders cracked when I opened the box. I contacted customer support, but they responded slowly and ineffectively. I declined their offer to send a substitute because I no longer believed their goods to be of high quality. The candles themselves also burned unevenly, an indication of poor quality. In order to avoid tunneling and wasted wax, I had to continually adjust the wicks. I wasn't very impressed with GSPY overall. I anticipated more stringent quality control from an internet retailer that specialized in kitchen and home goods. I won't be making another purchase from them.
