Works great for me! It comes with both shorter and standard mounting hardware. My mSATA SSD fits perfectly. The operating system recognizes the SSD as an "internal hard drive" and does not require any special BIOS settings or operating system drivers. The card adds additional splash screen information after the BIOS logo is displayed. Only one thing doesn't work: The supplied screws and nuts don't fit properly, so the SSD wobbles a bit. However, this does not affect its function. I'm also not sure why a CD is included.
