Review on 🍶 Tier1 WF2CB PureSource2 Refrigerator Water Filter Replacement, NGFC 2000, 1004-42-FA, 469911, 469916, FC100 - 2 Pack by Scott Snyder

First of all, the company has really good customer service. I called and spoke to them, they were nice and tried to help. Unfortunately the product is not that good. The item description clearly states that this item will replace the factory filter I removed (confirmed by the filter part number). When I opened the package I was full of hope. Looks high quality. It looks like the size and dimensions of the original filter are the same. I followed the instructions but the filter didn't install. I looked at the entrance and exit. They matched. I looked at other plastic parts between the inlet and outlet and found the problem. I took a picture so you all can see. The top filter is my factory Electrolux filter and the bottom filter is a stage 1 filter. It wouldn't fit in my fridge because of the bulge on that piece of plastic.
