Does what you expect. An improvement over the OEM strap
I've only been using it for a few days so can't comment on life expectancy but it looks really solid and I don't expect any problems. The original strap that came with Garmin never made any sense. The small case broke quickly (on all four we have) and the shutter was always open. It has a traditional watch clasp. Good materials and cool finishes. And for the price?! Eat clear! (Just ordered for my wife.)
