I liked the quality. However, the depth of the lumbar pillow was too deep and I couldn't use it. I left it in its original sealed packaging and tried to lean on it, realizing that another product from this seller would probably be better for me. I didn't see anything about the seller's return policy so now I'm stuck with a $27 pillow I can't use. My husband suggested using it as a giant pincushion, but I have almost no pincushions. Possibly a dog toy, but my dog only likes toys with squeakers. I suspect this will end in a gift exchange with the white elephant next year, only to be gifted again for years to come.
