Buyer Warning! irrevocable.

Buyer Attention! irrevocable. I accidentally ordered two of these products and of course didn't realize they were non-refundable. They are fully sealed so the return policy is ridiculous. There's no way of knowing what shape or firmness you'll need until you receive it and try what you can do while it's still packaged. Now I'm stuck at two and the firmness is too hard and it barely fits in my front driver's seat. Very disappointing

Pros
  • Constructed from premium foam with a removable, moisture-wicking polyester mesh liner
Cons
  • No

NON REFUNDABLE! BEWARE!

I opened the package and put it between my back and the chair and immediately realized it was too big. Put it back in the bag to replace with a Super Roll and find out it's NON-REFUNDABLE! So I'm here with a $30 piece and have to send the same people another $30 to see if the super roll fits? I think it's probably a quality product but not allowing a refund is just ridiculous. I will look at the competition for my replacement and give them 1 star. This is the limit of my possibilities.

Pros
  • Made in the USA or Imported
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Good for sciatic pain

I confess my first impression of this lumbar pillow was that a piece of styrofoam costs a lot of money. However, I thought it was worth a try. After a few weeks of being tied to my office chair, the improvement in my sciatica was noticeable. The roller is holding up pretty well so far and puts just enough pressure on my lower back to relieve pressure on the nerve. What it doesn't do well is keep the shape of the "D". I don't think it affects performance in any way, but it's worth mentioning.

Pros
  • D-shaped design fits snugly to the back of the chair
Cons
  • For old

I need good lumbar support because I have scoliosis

I have been using the McKenzie Round Lumbar Roll for over a decade after a disc fusion, and it works I go everywhere I need a good lumbar support because I suffer from scoliosis Unfortunately it was forgotten on a recent trip abroad as I was spending long hours on the computer I had to replace it quickly Thanks to the wonderful internet and Revain received a replacement. This D section lumbar pillow actually fits my office chair better than a round pillow. It stays in place, is comfortable and…

RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Buyer Warning!

I liked the quality. However, the depth of the lumbar pillow was too deep and I couldn't use it. I left it in its original sealed packaging and tried to lean on it, realizing that another product from this seller would probably be better for me. I didn't see anything about the seller's return policy so now I'm stuck with a $27 pillow I can't use. My husband suggested using it as a giant pincushion, but I have almost no pincushions. Possibly a dog toy, but my dog only likes toys with squeakers…

Pros
  • Improves posture and helps get rid of mechanical back pain
Cons
  • Silence

Buy Instead of SuperRoll

My physical therapist taught me the Mackenzie Method and I'm a big fan of it. I do stretching exercises every day. I recommend the book "Treat Your Back" 1&keywords=fix+my+my+back). For minor posture changes, especially when sitting at work or in the car for long journeys, I use the SuperRoll (ie=UTF8&qid=1425422962&sr=8-2&keywords=superroll). I bought these because they are similar. However, it flattened out and didn't provide good support for in-car work, and it wasn't as efficient or durable

Pros
  • Lumbar Support Designed by Robin Mackenzie
Cons
  • Zero
