I purchased this power supply for use in a custom LED lighting project and have been very happy with its performance. My only complaints are that the fan won't turn off when no power is applied (it's probably not connected to a temperature sensor) and the PSU, at only 360W (3/4 of the rated power), gets very hot at times. Upper limit). The fan noise didn't bother me and I added some cheap metal heatsinks to dissipate the heat. With this modification I have been using this PSU happily for six months. However, if you're looking for something with smarter fan performance or better natural heat dissipation, remember we get what we pay for.
