Cooling for smaller areas

I'm fortunate that I don't get burned too often but figured that this might be handy. I opened up a pad and noticed that it is stretchy and cooling, so should offer relief from small burns. I checked it with my family member who is an ER doc who told me that the recommendation to use silver in wound dressing has gone back and forth over how effective it is. (Silver can have a lot of side effects.) I'd like to see a hydrogel infused with honey. Honey is also proven to be very effective in would care as well.
