I have a burn right now that blistered and the skin peeled off. So, for the past couple days I've been using this dressing under a bandaid. I have absolutely no pain during the day and the wound looks so much better, even just after a few hours! I just cut the pad to size and place over top of the injury. Afterwards, the dressing just comes right off without damaging or hurting.

I was recently burned on my leg at work. The wound was a pretty good size. These larger pads were really helpful covering the whole wound area. The hydro gel kept the would moist and made me more comfortable while it healed. These pads are soothing and offered relief as soon as I put them on. I would completely recommend 100%!

The dressing will provide moisture to wounds that need it our will absorb build that might be released. This is one of those items that's hard to review, you hope you never need it. But when you do, you're glad you have it. Comes in a good size, and you can cut them as needed. Peal it back and apply to wound gel side down. Put some tape or a bandage over it. Sooths and cools burns, built in burn cream is awesome. Made in America. I have used other bandages/dressings from this manufacturer, and they are top notch.

The hydrogel part does have some soothing effects to it but I didn't know it was any kind of a massive pain killer as it seems to allude to. But it does keep the wound bed area moist it doesn't really absorb fluid per se on a high level but it definitely keeps things together to where they can naturally try to heal themselves.Now in my case I had a definite weeping as you going and it would fill up and kind of disintegrate even only being on a short period of time I think I needed bigger ones…

This dressing is a big improvement from the standard cotton dressing. It does not stick to wounds and works well for healing.

My son was hit by a bottle rocket and suffered a 2nd degree, possibly 3rd degree burn. I purchased this and it was instrumental in aiding pain relief and quick recovery of the burn. The burn was pretty well healed in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

This was a phenomenal product. The quality integrity and efficiency of this product exceeded my expectations. I was leery when I initially ordered it due to my son being a typical three year old destroying his medical bandages that were applied at the hospital for his burn that were supposed to stay on for a week. We were able to use the rest of this product on his hand and heel his hand within two weeks! I highly recommend you have this in your first aid kit!

This is a nice US made Hydrogel. I like that it uses silver as an antibiotic. The use by date is approx. 2 years from receiving it. The 2"x3" size is a nice size for most application; not too big, and not too small.

This review is limited to the way the product is packaged. The pads are 4 inches square (4x4) which should fit well into and aid kit. And that’s the purpose for which I bought them. Unfortunately the outer wrapper is ridiculously oversized at around 7 inches square. Because of the fluid bubble they’re packed in, you can’t fold them in half. I could only get these to fit in my largest first aid kit, the one in my car. These won’t fit into any of my regular first aid kits or my range bag. I…

This was clutch during radiation when I had a terrible rash that made me want to use a Brillo pad on my chest. Would highly recommend for cancer patients:)
