Review on Camco RhinoEXTREME Translucent Resistant Included by Bob Kussmaul

We are in our RV full time. I bought this hose set thinking it would work great for us. About a month and a half later, a leak appeared under the pin. Now the hose is broken. I tried going online to contact Revane. He directed me to the Camco phone number. Called Camco and was told they have a contract with Revain to handle any warranty issues. The dialed number provided by Camco to Revain. There is a post basically saying they cannot help over the phone post Covid-19, go to amazon.com/help to resolve the issue. And so I returned to the beginning of my search. Can someone press reset to get me out of this loop?
