Review on Feelfree Stainless Scraping Physical Shoulder by Karina Miller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The most versatile tool ever!

IASTM tools can be VERY expensive. This is the most versatile I've seen, especially for the price. The smaller/sharp end is great for hands, knuckles, elbows, wrists and feet, while the wider end is great for larger areas like arms, legs and traps. You can get a larger tool for use on larger areas, and you probably should if you're trying to cover a large area quickly, but this tool is still very effective for digging up scar tissue in deeper areas like the hamstrings and lower back , for more details. Work. If you want to use this for gua sha it will definitely work, but you could probably find something lighter and more ergonomic for your hands if that's your goal. This has some weight and will tire your hands if you're not used to it. I love the fact that I can use one tool for full body gua sha and graston for less than $20. My arms just need to get stronger.
