I find the interior well designed and durable - I like the pockets et. al. The straps - shoulder and those holding down the flap - need some rethinking. The clasp on the shoulder strap sprung open for no reason that I could ascertain. I never unsnapped it. It was sprung and not functional There was nothing other than normal use. I substituted a key ring just to make due, but that is a very bad solution. The straps that hold the flap shut initially seemed like a great idea with the false buckles and magnetic clasps holding the flap shut. Not long after using it, however, the buckles would separate and needed to be put back together again (again, normal wear). Most recently the capping magnet has detached from the strap and is gone, so I only have one strap left to hold the flap down. I wish there weren't such problems. It is attractive and holds more than I thought it would. Much as I like it, I wouldn't buy it again unless I was sure these issues were resolved.
