Overall this is a great burnisher for the money. It's not a rupes but I'll let you know that it's very small compared to harbor ships or even my 3 inch mini Adams. I paired it with a Meguiars 5" baseplate and Meguiars foam pads. I sand and polish my car so I did 1500 dry and then 3000 wet and then with the famous dry sand dust plaits under the paper it polished very well. I was completely surprised by the combination of machine and pad. Oh, and before I forget, I used a pre-mix from the Meguiar Ultimate Line. Just wanted to see how well it works, but I usually use the M105/M205 combo.
