The software was easy for our staff of over 200 employees (with different skills) from all around North America as well across Europe & Asia Pacific regions too work together seamlessly using this tool! It's been great so far but I do wish there were more options available within each department or subgroup/team when it comes time to create an email template - we have had some issues getting templates created correctly by IT support which has caused us problems at times because not everyone knows how something should be formatted etc..
