At first I wasn't sure why it's so expensive because although it looks nice it's just a comb. After learning more about it, I found out that this comb was hand cut and painted. Anything made by hand is valued more than machine made. Looks like a nice comb and combs hair well but no better than other combs. Having said that, I have to say that this would make a great gift. The box is perfect as a gift, and the comb bag is exquisite. With all of these accessories paired with the comb, it's clear why she's worth it.
