I bought this at the end of December. The lights wouldn't come on anymore in February. I wrote the company to ask if this was normal. They responded within five minutes and sent me a new one no questions asked. I received it two days later. The light is a nice light. Makes a perfect gift. I would definitely buy another one.
- It's been like...a year(?) In a window and it still works as bright as it did day 1
- Lanterns may become discolored over time and lose their aesthetic appeal
