These parts tested out properly but the manufacturing, as usual with chinese knockoff crap, is beyond sub-par. As seen in the photos, the contacts on the capacitor are skewed. They did not line up for the slots on the start relay, hence the broken retaining post. Couldn't use it, got the OEM part and was perfect.
