Review on 📼 Panasonic DMR-E75VS DVD Recorder/VCR Combo with Progressive-Scan by Byron Forman

I bought a Panasonic DVD/VCR combo on behalf of my elderly parents who don't have a computer. They were very pleased to receive delivery fairly early in the expected delivery time frame. But they were never able to get the DVD burner part to work at all. They tried running the DVD on another recorder they have and it works fine so obviously it was a new machine they just got. You have returned it to the address given in the packaging information. It was a mailing address in Renton, WA 2 weeks ago and they are awaiting their money back but haven't heard from anyone yet. All in all, this is a very disappointing experience. I have made other purchases from Revain, both new and used, and have never been disappointed. The descriptions of the items I purchased were true and accurate. I will continue to buy from Revain but this seller I bought this DVD/RCR set from sent a faulty machine and not at all what he described.
