Double check the item before installing. Installation is fairly easy, but the clips are plastic. Mine was sent in a pimply envelope. I would suggest you send it to the box. Drivers love to just drop the package on your porch. Will be updated with a better view when customer service intervenes. Thanks. Update - Amazon agreed to the refund, ordered another one, it broke in the same place. The rest of the inventory needs to be pulled out and checked, obviously a defect, see 2nd photo. Of course you have to shop elsewhere for that.
