Works well: motors

great product apart from the little plastic clip that holds the actual locking mechanism it's a bit crappy it doesn't look like it's going to hold much and when I put it on the It popped out easily by tugging on the locking mechanism, but if you wrap it in a zip-tie after you've locked it in place, it feels pretty solid.

it was pretty easy. I couldn't find a clip that connects.

I watched a YouTube video on replacing this drive. it was pretty easy. I couldn't get the clip connecting the outside door handle shaft to stay closed on the new one so I replaced it with the old one. As I said, it was a light breeze. I'm glad I don't have to remind the kids to manually lock the back door. Thanks seller.

Item arrived broken

Double check the item before installing. Installation is fairly easy, but the clips are plastic. Mine was sent in a pimply envelope. I would suggest you send it to the box. Drivers love to just drop the package on your porch. Will be updated with a better view when customer service intervenes. Thanks. Update - Amazon agreed to the refund, ordered another one, it broke in the same place. The rest of the inventory needs to be pulled out and checked, obviously a defect, see 2nd photo. Of course…
