The support team at SGT was friendly, responsive to my questions/ concerns as well as providing me with updates throughout each phase of implementation process for both NOCs (network operations centers).
They were always available when I needed them or had any kind of question that they could help answer! As an IT person myself who has never worked within this department before it can be difficult trying not only understand what your asking but also how different departments may use terminology differently from other areas such as Network Operations Center. I would recommend working closely together during planning phases where you have someone else involved in order give feedback about expectations versus outcomes along way through project lifecycle - otherwise there will likely arise discrepancies between budget vs actual spendings which leads into miscommunication once started down path of implementing system(Siemens PAS7000).
