Why don't you mention that they aren't certified for use in 2022 and so not covered by the warranty? If the guarantee still applies, how do you plan to fix the problem? The problem has been fixed, the headphones have been returned, and the money has been given back. A delivery error, they claimed. along with the benefits it offers. Using them for extended periods of time causes discomfort, but the headphones themselves are functional and raise no issues (albeit the front of the box is slightly worn, though they were still packaged). The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Cons: I was wrong to assume that wearing these would be painful. I tried them on first to make sure, however after about half an hour the discomfort sets in. Millimeter adjustments are unnecessary after they are properly fitted. I called customer care to see if I could obtain replacement overlays (I had read that they fixed the problem; I use little ones, but they don't fit and are too hard), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and stating that they were not certified in 2022.
