They run small but this is the only collar that fits my smallest girl, Velcro allows you to adjust it perfectly to her size. I've bought so many collars I've lost count and she might take them off or they have a rough spot just under her armpit that I'm worried it's causing discomfort. I have three small dogs and each has one, I buy each in reserve, they are worth the money.
