swimming trunks sit very high, just below the chest. That's exactly what I wanted. I paired them with a rashguard top and the combination is perfect. If you're looking for full coverage, get it. If you still want to show some skin, they will be too high. Compared to what you find in department stores this is amazing quality at a great price!
