The team is very responsive when it comes time for questions or issues that arise during implementation of our project! I don't have any dislikes about this product as everything was smooth sailing from beginning-to end (even though we were working in different states). We needed someone who could not only implement but also help us understand how things work so they can be implemented by others easily down the road if need arises. This helps ensure projects are completed successfully without having to hire multiple people just because one person cannot do all aspects required. It's great knowing you will get what your looking at paying upfront vs waiting until after completion which sometimes happens due to lack of communication/time difference between parties involved. Great customer service throughout entire process - always willing listen & respond quickly even while out in other state. Project management aspect helped keep everyone organized through email updates along way helping make sure nothing falls behind schedule. They took care.
