NOT SUITABLE FOR DIRECT EXCHANGE! CAREFULLY!
The original part had a concave hole through which the screw attached to the engine case. This replacement does not have a concave notch, so the original screw is too short to screw on. To do this, the fan housing and fan motor had to be removed and a longer connecting screw installed. What a mess! Hence the moral of my review: if your current case has a concave hole that has a screw attached, brace yourself for extra work.
