This device was installed in 2019. No problem. After 1.5 years I got my first apartment. Got the spare tire on with no problems and put the punctured tire back on with no problems. I fixed the punctured tire and started fitting the spare tire ready for the next flat tire that might come my way. Then this block failed. It lowered the cable with no problem, but didn't raise it at all. The lift just wanted to moor and burst at every turn. A waste of money, but returning the money or replacing it after 1.5 years will not work. Don't make my mistake by going with an aftermarket brand. I couldn't be more angry with this seller.
