The ability for me as an owner of multiple hotels to be able to view all my properties at once from one place was amazing! I also love how easy it is to add new rooms or update existing ones without having to go back through each property individually. There are some things about this system we have been working out but so far they seem fairly minor compared to other issues (such as lack of support). It has helped us keep up-to date on our inventory levels across several different locations and makes booking stays much easier than using paper files. We were looking into purchasing another solution but decided against doing so because after trying everything else available there wasn't anything better suited towards what we needed.
